Return/Exchange Policy

No refund on cd’s and dvd’s due to the exclusivity and copyright laws. -- Defective cd’s may be exchanged for the same exact cd for up to 14 days after the date of purchase. -- Refunds apply if and only when a cd will not be restocked.

Backorders

If a cd of your choice is out of stock at the time that you placed your order, we will ship out your current order, placing the out of stock cd as a backordered item. Since we solely intend to fulfill your entire order, we will send you the backordered item as soon as it gets restocked, via express shipping, free of shipping and handling charges.
